**Role specific skillsets**:
Ø Handling Transfer Pricing assignments that includes:

- Conducting Transfer Pricing audits.
- Formulating a Transfer Pricing Policy includingfunctional analysis & economic search for comparables etc.
- Compiling documentation & issuing a CAcertificate (Form 3CEB).

Ø Handling domestic transfer pricing assignmentsrelating to advisory.

Ø Handling assessments relating to International &Domestic Transfer Pricing

Ø Assistance in drafting of submissions, research ofcase laws etc

**_
To betailor-fit for the above skillsets, you need to have,_**

Ø CA with 0-1 years hands on experience in transferpricing Or

Ø CA freshers with good Direct tax experience duringarticleship with an inclination for Transfer pricing

Ø Should have handled client liaisoning

Ø Good communication skills including legal/technicaldrafting

Ø Good interpersonal skills
