**What You’ll Do**
- Teach **cutting-edge video editing techniques** across social media, ads, music videos, and podcasts.
- Train students on **hooks, pacing, transitions, and storytelling** that capture attention.
- Guide learners in **creating scroll-stopping content** optimized for Instagram, YouTube, Reels, Shorts, and more.
- Review and give feedback on **student projects and portfolios**, shaping them for real-world success.
- Stay updated on the **latest trends, software, and creative techniques**.

**Who You Are**
- A **creative professional** with 2+ years of hands-on experience in social media, advertising, music video, or podcast editing.
- Proficient in **Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve**, or similar editing tools.
- Skilled in **storytelling, pacing, sound sync, color grading, and motion graphics basics**.
- Passionate about mentoring, teaching, and nurturing talent.
- Always on top of **trends in social media and content engagement strategies**.
