**Key Requirements**:
A minimum of 1-3 years of experience in Business Development is required.

Analytical Skills: Proficiency in creating impactful PowerPoint presentations and managing Excel sheets is essential.

Market Awareness: Strong research skills and the ability to stay up to date with market trends and marketing strategies are critical.

Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills are a must, as well as convincing and persuasive presentation skills for client pitches.

**Responsibilities**:

- Client Acquisition: Identify and target potential clients to generate new business opportunities. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understand their needs, and provide tailored solutions.
- Presentations: Prepare compelling PowerPoint presentations and reports to effectively communicate our services.
- Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and opportunities for growth. Stay updated with the latest marketing industry standards and trends.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with the team to develop and execute business development strategies. Work in synergy with colleagues to achieve mutual goals.
- Sales Targets: Meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets. Your performance will be instrumental in our growth.
- Probation Period: The initial three months will serve as a probation period, during which your performance and contributions will be closely monitored. Upon successful completion of the probation period, your position will be confirmed from the 4th month based on a performance evaluation.
