Position - Telecall Executive

Qualification - Any Degree

Experience - 1 Years - Above 1 Year

Timing - Morning Shift - 6Am to 3 PM & Evening Shift - 3 PM & 11 PM

Salary - 15K-20K

Gender - Female & Male

Location - Chennai

Experience - Healthcare Industries may be preferred

**Roles Responsibilities**:

- **Outbound Calls**:Making calls to potential customers to promote products or services, generate leads, and build relationships.
- **Inbound Calls**:Handling inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information to customers who call the company.
- **Customer Engagement**:Building rapport with customers, understanding their needs, and suggesting appropriate solutions.
- **Data Management**:Maintaining accurate records of calls, customer feedback, and follow-up requirements within CRM systems.
- **Sales and Lead Generation**:Meeting or exceeding sales targets and contributing to the overall sales pipeline by identifying and qualifying leads.
- **Product Knowledge**:Understanding the company's products and services to effectively answer customer questions and provide accurate information.
- **Problem Solving**:Identifying and resolving customer issues or complaints, providing solutions, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- **Customer Feedback**:Gathering and documenting customer feedback to help improve products, services, and the overall customer experience.
- **Documentation**:Maintaining accurate records of all interactions with customers, including call summaries, follow-up actions, and sales details.
- **Collaboration**:Working with sales and marketing teams to align strategies and improve campaign effectiveness.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
