**OBJECTIVE OF THE ROLE**

The role aims to support financial goals of the organization through effective accounting procedures. The role aims to adhere stringently to the financial reporting and following **ICS** (Internal Controlling Systems). To prepare and maintain accounting records, adherence to accounting standards and corporate laws, generate financial reports, effective liaising with statutory audit, give support to other departments and insurance related matters.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Maintenance of proper books of accounts and ensure accuracy levels
- Finalization of quarterly/ annual accounts and liaison with statutory auditors
- Vigilant and accurate in tracking bank deposits and payments
- Accounts Receivable & Payable, TDS working & ensuring monthly returns, Quarterly advance tax & E-payment, GST working etc.
- Taking a lead in preparing yearly budgets and to keep a track of budgeted expenses against actual and share a monthly Variance report to the Directors
- Prepare, maintain, audit, and distribute statistical, financial, accounting, auditing, or payroll reports etc
- Prepare, review, reconcile, and issue bills, invoices, and account statements according to company procedures.
- Maintain the petty cash and register
- Ensuring monthly stock verification
- Ensure reconciliation of inter-company sales, stock, and services invoices
- Follow-up and resolve with relevant department for past due accounts and vendor invoices until payment in full is received
- Following up with the clients to ensure on time payments are received. Coordinating with Sales and all other relevant department for financial transactions, follow ups on expense reports, payments, submission of bills / invoices well in time
- To ensure correct reimbursement of expenses with right process flow of approvals
- Liaison with internal auditors on issues concerning accounts control area. Ensuring accounting ICS is followed stringently (If we donot have this, we can take help of ASE CA firm and develop this)

**COMPETENCIES/SKILLS**
- Well known with MS Office, especially in Advance Excel
- Familiarity with accounting software packages like Tally, ERP, SAP
- Excellent analytical and fund management skills
- Strong numeracy skills

**QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE**
- Graduation / Post Graduation in Commerce (specialization in Accounting & Auditig / Finance / Costing) with minimum 2 to 5years of experience

**MANDATORY**
- Knowledge of Bank Reconciliation.
- Knowledge of accounting and bookkeeping procedures
- Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, A/Cs receivables and payables, reconciliation, Balance sheet finalization

**Salary**: From ₹15,000.00 per month
