**INTRODUCTION**:
**OBJECTIVES OF THE POSITION**:

- Understand customer psyche and record both successful and unsuccessful sales method.
- Improve organizational efficiency through diligent observational skills as a Telle caller.
- Help the company to grow by finding opportunities in customer requirements.
- Need to be well versed with handling huge volumes of inbound and outbound Telle calling.
- Resolve complaints, provide solutions and follow up with customers to know their state of mind.
- The most important above all is to convert negative sales into positive one.

**RESPONSIBILITIES WITH THE POSITION**:

- Memorize the scripts and customize them for the clients as per the situation while Telle calling.
- Foster the relationship with existing clients and build a rapport with potential clients.
- Make report and documentation based on conversation that took place during calling, so that you can handover the same to the concerned person for further working.
- Report the analysis and observation to the authorized person.
- Adhere to the organizational guidelines and maintain the company's goodwill while talking.
- Generate Sales by making cold calls to active or old clients.

**REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Bachelor's degree or high school diploma.
- Strong communication skills and good command on local language i.e. Gujarati.
- Previous experience in Telle calling job or similar industry is additional benefit.
- Data entry skills to complement the Telle calling work.
- Ability to close the sales or generate sales.

**PREFERRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Research skills for Telle calling and reaching out to new clientele.
- Proven track record of being a Telle caller and conducting sales through the telephone.
- Ability to switch the communication style based on social cues and conversational hints.
- Knowledge of CRM software programs and telephone systems is a big bonus.

**TIMINGS**: 9:30am till 6:30pm (1 week off granted)

**SALARY OFFERED**: Negotiable according to experience
