Pm Supervisor

Supervising the complete packaging procedure from packaging till dispatch. Packaging material to be used as per quality checks and ensure the safety of the product.Supervise and coordinate all activities of packaging staff in order to avoid errors.
- Manage the packaging processes.
- To ensure & control the packaging activities
- Monitor the yield losses during the packaging process.
- Ensure Cost effective packing material consumptions on commercial batches.
- Initiate plans and processes which minimize manufacturing costs
- On line completion and reviewing of the batch records and documents.
- Preparation & review of SOPs of the packaging related activities.
- Coordinating with QA and QC for validation and in-process checks and approvals.
