- Job Description

Role: Project Coordinator

Reports to :Head SSC - Bengaluru Operations.

Job summary
- Reporting
- Preparing Monthly Reports for the Unit. (Financials and other KPI?s)
- Coordinate with Project Managers to report status.
- Monitor and Track progress of projects and highlight changes to project schedules
- Maintain Financial Control and Systems for managing project expenditure
- Report on a weekly and monthly basis the status of the various projects
- Report against SLA?s for projects and support activities
- Finance & Admin Activities
- PO Creation in Oracle & AX.
- Booking Invoices
- Travel Settlements Support
- SOW?s and NDA finalisation with Legal
- Calendar Management (Meeting Rooms)
- Budgeting and Tracking Expenses
- Others
- Event Planning
- Event Organization - Deciding venues, gifts, guest speakers etc., Hotel Negotiation,
- Travel Planning & Booking
- Local Events - Catering help and gifts
- Arrangement for Training, Workshops etc.
- Visitors Management.
- Minimum Requirements
- Min 5 to 7 years of experience in similar profile.
- Expert in Excel & Powerpoint.
- Strong Communication and Team Coordination Skills
- Good Interpersonal skills.
- Working Knowledge of IT development and Support Projects
- Knowledge of PPM (Project Portfolio Management) tools desirable
- MBA or University Degree
- Experience in IT companies desirable.
