**Job Requirements
***Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Bringing prototype code and systems architecture up to production-level quality.
- Communicating and coordinating with external teams around technologies that align with our goals.
- Unit testing and debugging to maintain high code quality.
- Work closely with the specification team for requirement analysis and technical solutions.
- Take ownership of the solution from end to end, translating functional requirements into technical solutions.
- Creating and interpreting UML diagrams to effectively communicate architectural designs and system interactions.

**Work Experience
***Required Skills (Technical Competency)**:

- Strong knowledge of object-oriented programming and design patterns.
- Experience with C# serialization and reflection techniques.
- Proficiency in working within an Agile methodology/SCRUM environment.
- Experience with automated unit, functional, and integration testing.
- Knowledge of code versioning systems such as Git, SVN, etc.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong team leadership skills and experience in collaborating with clients.
- Strong knowledge of threading and task management in C#.

**Desired Skills**:

- OS installation and hardware knowledge.
- Understanding of interprocess communication methods.
- Experience in the medical domain.
- Knowledge of scripting tools.
- Experience with WCF (Windows Communication Foundation).
- Knowledge of developing and managing Windows services.
