**Responsibilities**:
Conduct individual counseling sessions with students to assess their academic goals, interests, and preferences.

Assist students in selecting suitable study abroad destinations, universities, and programs based on their academic, personal, and professional objectives.

Coordinate with universities, partner institutions, and relevant stakeholders to ensure a smooth transition for students studying abroad.

Organize and conduct informational sessions, workshops, and events to educate students about study abroad opportunities and cultural adaptation.

Attend Monthly Meetings and training workshops arranged by the company.

Conduct market research to identify the current market trends, market opportunities, main competitors, and their strategies and come up with innovative ideas to enhance the business and support the marketing team.

Contribute to creating innovative marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, and digital content, to effectively communicate the benefits of studying abroad and our consultancy services.

Build and maintain relationships with students, parents, and both domestic and international educational institutions to provide personalized guidance and support throughout the entire process.

Organize and participate in promotional events, fairs, and seminars to showcase our consultancy services and establish partnerships with educational institutions.

**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Schedule:

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- total work: 1 year (preferred)
- Counselling: 1 year (preferred)

Ability to Commute:

- Bangalore, Karnataka (required)

- Bangalore, Karnataka: Relocate before starting work (required)
