**Key Responsibilities**
- **Training Delivery**:

- Conduct engaging and interactive training sessions on Python for students at JECRC University.
- Design and deliver course content, practical assignments, and real-world projects to enhance learning outcomes.
- **Course Development**:

- Develop and customize training material, including presentations, hands-on labs, and projects, to align with industry standards.
- Continuously update training content to incorporate the latest trends and advancements in Python.
- **Mentoring**:

- Provide guidance, doubt-clearing sessions, and project reviews for students to improve their programming skills.
- Offer career-oriented advice and support for students pursuing Python-related roles.
- **Evaluation**:

- Assess students’ performance through assignments, tests, and projects and provide constructive feedback.
- **Collaboration**:

- Work with the PromoNexis team to ensure smooth training operations.
- Participate in curriculum design and workshops to improve course quality.

**Requirements**:

- **Educational Qualification**: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related fields.
- **Experience**:

- 2+ years of hands-on experience with Python development.
- Prior teaching/training experience is preferred.
- **Technical Skills**:

- Proficiency in core Python and its libraries.
- Knowledge of web frameworks (like Flask/Django), data analysis tools (Pandas, NumPy), and Python-based machine learning.
- **Soft Skills**:

- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to explain complex concepts in an easy-to-understand manner.
- Patience, adaptability, and a student-focused mindset.

**Job Types**:
