**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Create high-quality, visually appealing designs for various marketing materials including digital media, print, social media, and websites.**:

- **Work closely with marketing, branding, and product teams to produce creative solutions that meet project goals.**:

- **Develop and manage design concepts from the initial idea to final production.**:

- **Prepare files for printing and digital use, ensuring all designs are properly formatted and meet company standards.**:

- **Stay updated with the latest design trends and software tools.**:

- **Ensure designs adhere to brand guidelines and consistency across all platforms.**:

- **Manage multiple design projects and deliver within deadlines.**

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- **2 to 5 years of professional experience in graphic design.**:

- **Strong proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, etc.).**:

- **Knowledge of web design, typography, and layout principles.**:

- **A strong portfolio showcasing your design work, including examples of digital and print designs.**:

- **Understanding of design trends, techniques, and best practices.**:

- **Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.**:

- **Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.**:

- **Strong time management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects.**:

- **Attention to detail and creative problem-solving skills.**

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- **Experience with motion graphics or video editing software (Adobe Premiere, After Effects, etc.).**:

- **Knowledge of UI/UX design principles.**:

- **Experience with social media content creation and branding.**
