**Job Title**: AV Programmer

**Location**: HSR Layout, Bangalore
**Type**: Full-Time
**Salary**: ₹8 - ₹10 LPA (based on experience)

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design, develop, and implement control code for commercial AV systems.
- Program and configure systems using **Crestron (SIMPL, Studio, VTPro-e)**, **AMX**, or **Extron**.
- Integrate AV systems with third-party devices (VC systems, lighting, automation).
- Work closely with project managers, engineers, and clients to ensure timely execution.
- Troubleshoot issues onsite or remotely during installation or support.
- Document programming codes, configurations, and system layout.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum **5 years of experience** in AV programming and system integration.
- Strong hands-on knowledge of **Crestron, AMX, or Extron** programming.
- Familiarity with **AV networking, IP configuration**, and **audio DSPs**.
- Strong diagnostic and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

**Preferred**:

- Certifications in **Crestron/AMX/Extron** are a plus.
- Experience in **video conferencing solutions**, **touch panels**, and **DSP programming**.
