**Job Title: English & Soft Skill Trainer**

Location: Aluva, Kochi

**Salary**: Up to ₹20,000 per month

Probation Period: 6 months (Salary revision post-probation)

**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct training sessions on English communication, interpersonal skills, and professional etiquette.
- Design and deliver engaging learning content for both in-person and online training formats.
- Assess the needs of participants and customize training methods accordingly.
- Monitor and evaluate students’ performance and provide constructive feedback.
- Encourage active participation and a positive learning environment.
- Maintain training records and provide reports as required.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 6 months of experience in soft skill and communication training.
- Strong command of spoken and written English.
- Bachelor’s degree in English, Communication or related fields (preferred).
- Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and classroom management skills.
- Ability to engage diverse groups of learners and adapt teaching style accordingly.

**Benefits**:
