**Responsibilities**:

- Perform soldering tasks to assemble electronic components according to engineering drawings, work instructions, and quality standards.
- Operate soldering equipment, such as soldering irons, reflow ovens, and wave soldering machines, to join components.
- Inspect and identify components for proper alignment, orientation, and integrity before soldering.
- Ensure accurate placement of components on circuit boards and other assemblies.
- Monitor and control soldering equipment settings to achieve proper melting and bonding of solder.
- Collaborate with the quality control team to conduct visual inspections and tests to verify soldered connections.
- Troubleshoot and rework solder joints as necessary to meet quality standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including proper handling and disposal of materials.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience in soldering electronic components.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, diagrams, and work instructions.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Strong hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
- Basic understanding of electronic components and circuitry.

**Salary**: ₹9,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
