Your role and responsibilities (mandatory) In this role, you will have the opportunity to deliver and implement analytics strategy in one or more functional areas. Each day, you will drive data-driven strategy and decision making for predictive analytics and optimization by leveraging Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML). You will also showcase your expertise by building and maintaining large-scale statistical models that turn billions of data points into insights and actions. The work model for the role is: #LI- India, Bangalore This role is contributing to the EL Business Area in India, Bangalore. You will be mainly accountable for: -As a full stack data scientist, you will get to experience end-to-end analytics projects from requirements gathering, designing architecture, machine learning modelling and model lifecycle management, combining both data science and data engineering techniques. -You will get to work with datasets from the enterprise datawarehouse, creating deployment pipelines, monitoring dataset scoring metrics. -You will get to synthetize complex results or processes into simple, clear visualizations, presentations, and communication of findings. -You will get to communicate with business to understand use cases and user stories to be implemented in project sprints
**Qualifications for the role**:
- Degree in Data Science, Statistics or Business Intelligence
- Proven knowledge of Python, SQL and main machine learning concepts plus libraries such as sklearn, pytorch/tensorflow is mandatory.
- Basic understanding of big data architectures - such as fundamentals of Hadoop and Spark is preferrable
- Knowledge of Git basic concepts is preferrable
- Knowledge of BI visualization tools such as PowerBI, Tableau is mandatory
- Experience with main Azure services for data science, such as databricks or Azure ML is mandatory
