**Role Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet and assist walk-in customers, ensuring a personalized and premium sales experience.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products from our luxury collections.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall showroom performance.
- Maintain showroom display standards and ensure products are well-presented.
- Handle billing, invoicing, and basic stock management.
- Keep updated with product knowledge and new arrivals to pitch effectively.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- 1-3 years of experience in sales (luxury retail, fashion, jewelry, or décor preferred).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service orientation with a pleasant personality.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Passion for home décor and lifestyle products is an added advantage.
