**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Welcome and engage customers to promote and sell premium chocolates.
- Provide detailed information about the products, including flavors, ingredients, and special offers.
- Maintain the visual appeal of the stall by ensuring it is clean, organized, and well-stocked.
- Handle cash and digital payments accurately and responsibly.
- Meet daily and monthly sales targets through effective upselling and customer relationship management.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve any complaints to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Assist in organizing in-stall promotions or events to attract customers.

**Qualifications and Skills Required**:

- **Education**: Minimum 12th Pass; a degree in Sales/Marketing or related field is a plus.
- **Experience**: 0-2 years in sales, retail, or customer service roles; freshers are welcome to apply.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Polished appearance and professional demeanor.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a proactive attitude.
- Basic knowledge of operating POS systems and digital payment methods is preferred.
