We are hiring a motivated and creative Influencer Marketing Executive to support influencer and creator onboarding efforts in the beauty, skincare, and wellness space. This role is ideal for someone who understands digital communities and loves working with content creators.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify and onboard relevant micro and macro influencers in the beauty, skincare, and wellness sectors.
- Maintain influencer outreach lists, track communication, and coordinate campaign collaborations.
- Support planning and execution of influencer-led campaigns including product trials, reviews, giveaways, and community initiatives.
- Draft campaign briefs and track content performance metrics (engagement, reach, conversions).
- Build long-term relationships with influencers and creators aligned with the brand’s values.
- Assist in preparing basic performance reports for ongoing and completed campaigns.

**Requirements**:

- 1-2 years of experience in influencer marketing or content collaboration.
- Passionate about beauty, wellness, and digital trends.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong knowledge of Instagram, YouTube, and emerging social platforms.
- Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Prior internship or freelance work in influencer marketing is a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
