**Job Description**:
**Responsibilities**:

- _**Outbound Calls**_: Conduct proactive outbound calls to potential customers.

Engage with individuals to introduce Britfort Academy's courses and services.
- _**Promotion of Courses**:_Effectively communicate the features and benefits of our educational programs.

Tailor discussions to the specific needs and interests of potential customers.
- _**Admission Counselling**_: Provide comprehensive admission counselling to prospective students.

Address inquiries and concerns, guiding individuals through the decision-making process.
- _**Sales Encouragement**:_Actively encourage sales and assist in the walk-in admission process.

Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed established targets.
- _**Record Maintenance**:_Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in the CRM system.

Track and report on key performance indicators related to tele counselling.
- _**Customer Service**_: Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through professional and courteous interactions.

Handle customer feedback and provide timely resolutions to issues.
- _**Salary and Incentive**:_Receive a competitive salary along with performance-based incentives.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Previous experience in tele counselling, sales, or customer service is an advantage.
- Knowledge of educational programs and services is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
