**Position Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Client Consultation**:

- Provide one-on-one counseling to understand clients' goals and visa requirements.
- Recommend appropriate visa categories based on clients’ objectives and qualifications.
- **Documentation Assistance**:

- Review and verify all documents to ensure accuracy and compliance with visa regulations.
- **Visa Application Process**:

- **Regulation Awareness**:

- Stay updated on visa rules, immigration laws, and policies for various countries.
- Communicate changes in regulations to clients effectively.
- **Follow-Up and Coordination**:

- Liaise with embassies, consulates, or visa processing centers to resolve issues.
- Schedule interviews or biometric appointments as required.
- **Customer Service**:

- Maintain a professional and supportive relationship with clients throughout the process.
- **Record Management**:

- Ensure confidentiality of sensitive client information.
- **Promotional Activities**:

- Participate in seminars, webinars, and events to promote visa counseling services.
- Provide information about educational institutions, job opportunities, or migration pathways as applicable.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in any field (preferred in Business, International Relations, or a related field).
- **Experience**: 1-2 years of experience in visa counseling, immigration consultancy, or a related domain (preferred).
- **Skills**:

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously.
- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- **Languages**: Fluency in English (additional languages are an asset).

**Work Environment**:

- Office-based with occasional travel for client meetings, seminars, or events.
- Fast-paced environment requiring quick adaptability to changes in policies or procedures.

**Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)**:

- Client satisfaction and feedback scores.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
