**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Data Entry**:

- Ensure that all data is entered in a timely and efficient manner.
- **Data Verification**:

- Review and verify data entered into the system for accuracy and completeness.
- Cross-check data for consistency and correct any errors or discrepancies.
- **Record Maintenance**:

- Maintain electronic and paper records of data entry activities.
- Organize and store documents and records appropriately.
- **Reporting**:

- Generate routine reports based on data entered and provide summaries as required.
- Assist in the preparation of data reports for management and other stakeholders.
- **Communication**:

- Communicate with team members and supervisors to resolve data issues and discrepancies.
- Provide updates on data entry progress and any issues encountered.
- **Confidentiality**:

- Handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality and integrity.
- Adhere to company policies and data privacy regulations.
- **Quality Control**:

- Participate in quality control processes to ensure high standards of data accuracy.
- Suggest improvements to data entry procedures to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- **Support**:

- Assist with administrative tasks as needed, such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents.
- Provide support to other departments with data-related tasks.

**Qualifications**:
**Education**:

- High school diploma or equivalent. Additional certification in data entry or office administration is a plus.

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in a data entry role or similar position.

**Skills**:

- Proficient typing skills with a high level of accuracy.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Basic understanding of data privacy and confidentiality principles.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Word) and data entry software.

**Physical Requirements**:

- Ability to sit for extended periods.
- Good manual dexterity for handling data entry tasks.
