A **sales coordinator** is responsible for managing and coordinating the administrative tasks of a sales team, ensuring smooth sales operations by handling customer inquiries, processing orders, maintaining sales data, scheduling appointments and collaborating with other departments to facilitate efficient sales processes; essentially acting as the backbone of the sales team by keeping everything organized and on track.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Sales Data management
- Customer Support Services
- Order Processing
- Administrative Tasks
- Lead Generation
- Visiting the site for inspection
- Coordinating with day to day admin work
- Knowledge of Booking material in Transport
- Generating quotations, tax invoices and proforma invoices
- All supportive admin related works

**Eligibility**:

- Graduate in the following field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, MS Excel and Powerpoint presentations
- Willing to travel for outstations (If necessary conditions of site visit)
- Salary will be starts from 12k - 15k as per the interview performance and experience
