**Salary**: 45,000-50,000

**Job Summary**:
This role requires both **creative vision** and **technical expertise**, as well as strong leadership and client-handling capabilities.

**Key Responsibilities:Design & Planning**:

- Lead the conceptualization and design development of interior and exterior spaces.
- Prepare detailed architectural drawings, presentations, 3D renders, and working drawings.
- Collaborate with clients to understand design needs and translate them into functional, aesthetic solutions.
- Integrate sustainable and innovative design principles into projects.

**Project Execution & Coordination**:

- Oversee site analysis, planning, and zoning code compliance.
- Coordinate with structural, MEP, and landscape consultants for multidisciplinary project integration.
- Supervise project execution to ensure design intent, quality standards, and timelines are met.
- Conduct periodic site visits to monitor progress and resolve on-site design issues.

**Regulatory & Documentation**:

- Prepare and submit drawings for government approvals and permits.
- Ensure compliance with building codes, fire safety, accessibility, and zoning regulations.
- Maintain accurate documentation and records for all phases of design and construction.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Architecture from a recognized institution.
- Valid **Architecture License** (COA Registration - India or equivalent for your region).
- 5 to 8 years of relevant experience in architectural design (interior and exterior).
- Strong portfolio showcasing design and execution of both residential and commercial projects.
- Proficiency in design and drafting tools: AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Lumion, Photoshop, etc.
- Knowledge of materials, construction techniques, and detailing.
- Excellent communication, client interaction, and team management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience in sustainable/green architecture is an added advantage.
- Familiarity with local building codes and approval processes.
- Leadership and mentoring capabilities for junior architects/designers.
- Good understanding of BOQs, tenders, and project budgeting.

**Work Schedule**:

- Full-time, 6 days a week.
- On-site visits and client meetings as required.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
