**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct manual testing of CRM UI workflows across web and mobile platforms.
- Validate input forms, dropdowns, buttons, and overall user flow.
- Provide detailed UX feedback to improve interface usability.
- Check for accurate implementation of Tamil and English labels/text.
- Log and track bugs using internal tools and follow up on fixes.
- Collaborate with developers and product managers to ensure quality.
- Perform regression testing on updated builds/releases.

**Key Skills Required**:

- Strong knowledge of **manual testing techniques**.
- Experience in **form validation and UI testing**.
- Basic understanding of UX and design feedback.
- Ability to read and validate **Tamil + English text** on UI screens.
- Excellent communication and reporting skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
