**About the Company**

We're on the lookout for a dynamic and visionary CEO to lead our Battery & Electric Vehicle (EV) Division — someone who’s passionate about driving sustainable mobility and innovation in the clean tech space.

**Position Summary**

The CEO is responsible for providing strategic, financial, and operational leadership for the company and will closely coordinate and work with the Board of Directors and senior leadership team. This role sets the tone for company culture, oversees all operations, and ensures long-term profitability and sustainability.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop high-quality business strategies and plans ensuring their alignment with short-term and long-term objectives.
- Lead and inspire the senior management team, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and excellence.
- Oversee all operations and business activities to ensure they produce desired results and are consistent with the overall strategy and mission.
- Build trust relations with key partners and stakeholders and act as a point of contact for important shareholders.
- Maintain a deep knowledge of the markets and industry in which the company operates.
- Represent the company in legal, regulatory, and public affairs.
- Report to the Board of Directors on organizational performance, strategic goals, and growth opportunities.
- Ensure the company maintains high social responsibility wherever it does business.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience as a CEO or in other senior managerial position.
- Experience in developing profitable strategies and implementing vision.
- Strong understanding of corporate finance and performance management principles.
- Familiarity with diverse business functions such as marketing, sales, operations, finance, HR, etc.
- Exceptional communication and public speaking skills.
- Analytical mindset and problem-solving orientation.
- Master’s degree in Business Administration or relevant field (preferred).

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹200,000.00 per month
