**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct keyword research and implement keyword strategies to drive traffic to the website.
- Optimize on-page elements such as meta titles, meta descriptions, headings, internal linking, and URL structures to improve organic rankings.
- Monitor and analyze website performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEO software (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs).
- Implement technical SEO recommendations to improve website speed, mobile usability, and overall site architecture.
- Conduct regular audits of the website and provide actionable recommendations for improvements.
- Develop and execute off-page SEO strategies such as link-building campaigns, outreach, and guest posting.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and algorithm updates in SEO and search engine marketing.
- Collaborate with content teams to create SEO-optimized content that aligns with business goals.
- Track, report, and analyze website analytics and PPC initiatives and campaigns.
- Manage and optimize SEO-related tools and plugins on the website, ensuring best practices are followed.
- Identify SEO issues and provide solutions for continuous improvement.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
- **Experience**: 1-3 years of experience in SEO, SEM, and online marketing.
- **Technical Skills**: Knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and other SEO tools.
- **Analytical Skills**: Ability to analyze data, draw insights, and implement strategies accordingly.
- **Content Knowledge**: Understanding of how content creation and SEO work together to improve search rankings.
- **SEO Techniques**: Strong understanding of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.
- **Problem-solving**: Ability to identify issues, troubleshoot, and provide actionable recommendations.
- **Communication Skills**: Ability to communicate effectively and collaborate with various
- teams.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience in the **e-commerce** or **B2B marketplace** sector.
- Familiarity with HTML/CSS for basic SEO tasks.
- Experience with local SEO strategies.
- Knowledge of PPC (Pay-Per-Click) advertising and SEM.
