**About The Position**:
As an Enterprise Sales Associate, your primary responsibility will be to reach out to HR leaders to get hiring requirements for EdYoda learners. You will play a crucial role in building and maintaining relationships with potential clients, identifying their recruitment needs.
Location: Brookefield, Bangalore (All interviews are remote)
Annual CTC: INR 4,39,000 per annum (Including Fixed + Variable Portion)
**Job Type**: Full-Time Permanent Position
Training Period : 3 Months
Training Period Stipend : INR 15500
**Responsibilities**:
- Identify and prospect potential client companies to gather information about their hiring requirements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by providing exceptional customer service and understanding their unique hiring needs.
- Collaborate with the internal team to develop customized solutions tailored to each client's requirements.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the organization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to provide valuable insights and contribute to the overall growth strategy.
**Skills**:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build rapport with clients at all levels.
- Hunger to learn

- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Self-motivated and target-driven individual
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating strong collaboration.
- Prior experience in B2B sales will be a plus point.
