ADP is currently seeking a

**General Responsibilities**:

- Execute IT General Controls (ITGC) SOX walk-throughs and test plans for the company in a timely manner and in accordance with the testing calendar
- Document work in accordance with department practices and workpaper standards
- Communicate ITGC SOX testing results to the IT SOX manager, control owners, and compliance stakeholders

**Specific Responsibilities**:

- Planning and perform ITGC SOX walk-throughs and testing at assigned locations in accordance with the departmental testing strategy while meeting project deadlines
- Prepare and validate detailed findings with appropriate compliance and process management in a clear and concise manner
- Prepare and assemble workpapers for assigned audits in accordance with departmental standards and update the IT SOX repository in a timely manner
- Provide timely status reports to the project manager on progress of activities
- Develop value added relationships with process owners and local business unit management
- Set up and co-ordinate closing meetings, providing support to the team members where necessary in presenting their issues
- Supervise work of team members engaged in IT SOX reviews including workpaper review, monitoring progress in the field, and reviewing identified issues prior to discussing with the project manager
- Coordinate and provide guidance to the team (i.e. mentoring) when conducting ITGC SOX walk-throughs and testing at assigned locations in accordance with the departmental testing strategy while meeting project deadlines
- Determine root cause failures and business impact noting and monitoring trends for areas of expertise
- Assist with control streamlining/rationalization and benchmarking for areas of expertise
- Lead more complex reviews and special projects

**Required Qualifications**:

- 4+ years' audit experience, preferably in a Big 4 Public or National Accounting firm, or comparable business experience
- CISA or similar designation required.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Information Systems, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline
- Enthusiastic, self-motivated, effective under pressure, and willing to take ownership of assigned tasks
- Ability to multi-task and proactively manage workload with competing priorities
- Proactive, organized, detail-oriented, and capable of completing a diverse workload timely
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong project management, time management, and prioritization skills
- Excellent critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities
- Strong work ethic with self-accountability for high quality deliverables and achieving departmental goals

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Data analytics experience strongly preferred (IDEA, Tableau, ACL, etc.).
- Solid understanding of internal control concepts with the ability to evaluate and determine the adequacy of controls by considering business and technology risks in an integrated manner
- Knowledge of system development life cycle (SDLC) concepts with an ability to quickly learn about complex systems (e.g., DevOps)
- Knowledge of cloud-computing services (IaaS, SaaS, PaaS), cloud security frameworks, and cloud service providers
- Ability to work independently and proactively to execute critical tasks
