Job Description

The role holder must comply with all the Quality Management System (QMS), Business Continuity Management System (BCMS) and Information Security Management System (ISMS) requirements and guidelines of the organization.
- Primary Skills
- Manage all compensation processes, tools & controls: Annual pay planning cycle, One-off compensation changes, Variable Compensation schemes, commission schemes
- Benchmark compensation through surveys - Job mapping, data collation, submission, result analysis, recommendations etc.
- ESOP administration
- Drive the automation of compensation tool and seamless integration with existing systems.
- Partner with onshore HR teams on compensation issues and work on variety of special compensation related projects as needed
- Geographic wage analysis
- Handle Market related compensation data and analytics
- Handle the Executive compensation & variable payouts.
- Secondary Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in business management, human resources, analytics or other related field
- Minimum of 8+ years’ experience within HR Shared Services/Reporting/Analytics with proven ability to manage activities independently, work on resolving Pay & Benefits related issues, cooperate with other delivery team members and should be able to interact with senior leaders if needed.
- Comfortable to work in Global environment and flexible hours
- Experience in handling Core Compensation activities and good exposure to benefits programs is an added advantage.

Very good analytical skill and commitment to quality and ability to approach assignments strategically
