- Collaborate with other departments to ensure prompt and satisfactory resolution.
- **Documentation**:

- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback.
- Update customer information in the CRM system.
- **Communication**:

- Follow communication scripts and guidelines to ensure consistency and quality.
- Communicate clearly and concisely with customers, demonstrating empathy and understanding.

**Salary**: ₹11,000.00 - ₹13,000.00 per month
