**Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- **Supervision and Leadership**: Provide leadership and guidance to on-site staff, including assigning tasks, monitoring performance, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- **Operational Management**: Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency, productivity, and adherence to quality standards. This includes coordinating workflow, scheduling, and resolving any issues or conflicts that may arise.
- **Safety Compliance**: Enforce safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe work environment. Conduct regular inspections to identify potential hazards and take corrective action as needed.
- **Training and Development**: Train new hires and provide ongoing training to existing staff to enhance skills and knowledge. Ensure that team members are equipped to perform their duties effectively and safely.
- **Customer Service**: Interact with clients, customers, and stakeholders to address concerns, answer questions, and ensure satisfaction. Maintain positive relationships with all parties involved in on-site operations.
- **Reporting and Documentation**: Maintain accurate records of daily activities, including attendance, inventory, and equipment usage. Prepare reports for management as needed to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
- **Problem Solving**: Identify challenges and develop effective solutions to overcome them. Proactively address issues to prevent disruptions to operations and minimize downtime.
- **Team Collaboration**: Collaborate with other supervisors, managers, and departments to achieve common goals and objectives. Foster a collaborative and supportive work environment.
- **Continuous Improvement**: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements to remain competitive.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
