Introduction:
As a Technology Rigor Reporting Analyst you will be responsible for data collection and collation for CB&P Risk and Control Reporting. You will be developing reports and dashboards to provide visibility into existing and emerging concerns for CB&P, such as Support Management/Tech Debt, Cyber issues/vulnerabilities and compliance with standards.
The Technology Rigor Reporting Analyst will be accountable for ensuring accuracy and correctness of the data so that the CB&P tech teams can rely on it, as well as interpretation of insights as a key member of the Tech Rigor team.

What will you be doing?

The role will include but not be limited to:

- Identify data sources of risk & control data;
- Consolidate risk & control data for CB&P;
- Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to provide insight into risk & control data for CB&P;
- Ad-hoc reporting of risk & control items for CB&P;
- Respond and investigate concerns;
- Assist in opportunity analysis and improvements of risk & control management.

What we’re looking for:

- B.S. or B.A. in a related field.
- 4+ Years of experience with MS Office tools: Excel, Powerpoint, Visio etc, with very advanced Excel skills.
- 4+ Years of experience querying data from Oracle and SQL Server databases.
- 4+ Years of experience with reporting tools such as Tableau and Qlikview.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organise, analyse, and disseminate information with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent organizational and planning skills.

Skills that will help you in the role:

- Experience in a financial or other regulated industry.
- Experience using ServiceFirst / ServiceNow.
- Experience using JIRA.
- Solid understanding of Agile.
- Experience in a risk & control organization.
