**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential clients to promote real estate properties.
- Explain property details, features, and benefits to prospective clients.
- Generate and qualify leads to schedule property visits or meetings.
- Build strong relationships with clients by addressing queries professionally.
- Maintain and update the client database regularly.
- Follow up with leads to nurture interest and close sales opportunities.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to achieve business goals.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Telecaller, preferably in the real estate industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in [specify languages, e.g., English, Hindi, or regional language].
- Ability to persuade and negotiate effectively.
- Familiarity with real estate market trends and terminology is a plus.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office is desirable.
- Positive attitude and ability to work in a target-driven environment.

Pay: Up to ₹15,000.00 per month
