We are looking for an Accountant with thorough knowledge of NetSuite for Capex accounting and maintaining FAR in NetSuite, and Account payable accounting for the US process.

**What you’ll do**:

- Produce error-free accounting reports and present their results
- Analyze financial information and summarize financial status
- Maintains general ledger accounts; preparing a trial balance; reconciling entries
- Preparing data schedules for external audit by analyzing and scheduling general ledger accounts.
- Secures financial information by completing database backups.
- Protects organization's value by keeping information confidential.
- Verify, allocate, post and reconcile accounts payable and receivable
- Prepare and record asset, liability, revenue, and expenses entries by compiling and analysing account information.
- Maintain and balance accounts by verifying, allocating, posting, reconciling transactions; resolving discrepancies.
- Maintain general ledger accounts; preparing a trial balance; reconciling entries.
- Summarize financial status by collecting information; preparing balance sheet, profit and loss, and other statements.
- Complete external audit by analysing and scheduling general ledger accounts; providing information for auditors.
- Secure financial information by completing database backups.
- Protect organization's value by keeping information confidential.

**Who we’re looking for**:

- Thorough knowledge of basic accounting procedures
- At least experience of 2+ years with Bachelor degree or Master’s Degree in Accounting
- Awareness of business trends
- Familiarity with financial accounting statements
- Advanced MS Excel skills including VLOOKUP’s and pivot tables
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Aptitude for numbers and quantitative skills
- BS degree in Accounting, Finance or relevant
- Knowledge of MS Office, office management software, Accounting Software **NetSuite** etc.
- Knowledge of US Accounts payable and FAR maintenance in NetSuite preferable but not mandatory
