**Responsibilities**:

- Edit and assemble raw footage into polished videos that align with project objectives and client specifications.
- Utilize industry-standard editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro) to enhance video quality, add effects, transitions, and graphics.
- Collaborate with directors, producers, and other team members to understand project requirements and provide creative input during the editing process.
- Ensure consistency in style, tone, and branding across all video content.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines and budget constraints.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously improve editing techniques and workflow efficiency.
- Mentor and provide guidance to junior editors, fostering their growth and development within the team.
- Maintain organized project files and archives for easy access and future reference.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of three years of professional experience as a video editor, with a strong portfolio demonstrating proficiency in editing techniques, storytelling, and visual effects.
- Proficiency in industry-standard editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, and Adobe After Effects.
- Solid understanding of video formats, codecs, and file delivery specifications for various platforms (e.g., YouTube, Vimeo, social media).
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with team members at all levels.
- Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for visual composition, color, and typography.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Flexibility to adapt to evolving project requirements and feedback.
- Passion for storytelling and creativity, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and innovation.
