**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans in Chemistry.
- Utilize instructional design principles to create effective teaching materials and assessments.
- Foster a positive classroom environment that encourages student participation and collaboration.
- Manage classroom behavior effectively to maintain an optimal learning environment.
- Provide individualized support and tutoring for students who require additional assistance.
- Conduct standardized testing and assess student performance through various evaluation methods.
- Engage in academic advising and mentoring to guide students in their educational pathways.
- Collaborate with colleagues on curriculum development and instructional strategies.
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and communicate effectively with parents and guardians.

**Experience**
- Proven experience working with high school students in an educational setting is essential.
- Strong background in teaching chemistry (including Laboratory Experience, Scientific Research).
- Experience in curriculum development and lesson planning is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with learning technology tools for education is a plus.
- Previous experience in private schools or special education settings is beneficial.
- Background in education administration or Montessori methods is an advantage.

Pay: ₹32,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
