**Mode of Working**: Work from office, Mon-Sat

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Create accurate and detailed 3D models of architectural designs, interior spaces, products, or concepts using software such as Autodesk 3ds Max, SketchUp, or Blender.
- Generate high-quality rendered images and animations of 3D models, paying attention to composition, lighting, and camera angles to create visually appealing results.
- Interpret 2D drawings, sketches, or concepts and translate them into immersive 3D visualizations that effectively communicate design ideas and concepts to clients, stakeholders, and team members.
- Collaborate closely with architects, interior designers, project managers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements, provide creative input, and ensure that visualizations meet project objectives and deadlines.
- Incorporate feedback from clients, stakeholders, and team members to refine and iterate on 3D visualizations, ensuring that they accurately reflect design changes and meet project expectations.
- Conduct thorough quality checks on 3D models, textures, and renderings to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to project standards and specifications.
- Stay updated on industry trends, new techniques, and emerging technologies in 3D visualization and computer graphics, and explore innovative approaches to enhance the quality and efficiency of visualizations.

**Requirement and Skills**:

- Bachelor's degree in architecture, interior design, computer graphics, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a 3D Visualizer, with a strong portfolio showcasing high-quality 3D visualizations created using SketchUp, Lumion, 3ds Max, V-Ray, Photoshop, and Powerpoint.
- Expertise in 3D modeling, texturing, lighting, and rendering, with proficiency in SketchUp, Lumion, 3ds Max, and V-Ray.
- Solid understanding of architectural and interior design principles, including scale, proportion, lighting, and materials.
- Excellent creativity, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities, with the ability to effectively communicate design ideas and concepts.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Knowledge of virtual reality (VR) and augmented reality (AR) technologies is a plus.

**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
