**Job Description: Customer Executive Officer**
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Customer Support & Service**:
- Provide information about products/services, billing, and order status.
- Resolve complaints and escalate issues when necessary.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and maintain high service standards.
- **Order Processing & Management**:
- Assist with order placement, tracking, and updates.
- Ensure timely delivery of products/services as per customer requests.
- Manage returns, exchanges, or refunds as required.
- **Relationship Management**:
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
- Follow up on customer concerns to ensure issues are resolved to their satisfaction.
- Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products or services.
- **Data Entry & Record Keeping**:
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, feedback, and complaints.
- Update customer information in the CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system.
- Prepare and generate reports on customer issues, sales trends, etc.
- **Collaboration**:
- Work closely with other departments (e.g., sales, logistics, marketing) to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Communicate effectively with the technical or support team to resolve complex customer issues.
- **Feedback Collection**:
- Collect and analyze customer feedback to improve service and product offerings.
- Contribute to improving processes based on customer experiences.
- **Problem Solving**:
- Investigate and resolve customer complaints or issues in a timely manner.
- Proactively suggest solutions that will enhance customer satisfaction.
- **Promote Products and Services**:
- Educate customers on new products, services, or promotions.
- Offer recommendations based on customer needs and preferences.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
Schedule:
