A Pre-Primary Teacher's job is to foster the early development of children through age-appropriate activities and a supportive learning environment, preparing them for primary school. Key duties include nurturing a safe and inclusive space, guiding children in developing their social and emotional skills, and implementing diverse teaching methods. Key Responsibilities:

- **Creating a Safe and Nurturing Environment**:Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe classroom, ensuring children's well-being and addressing their basic needs.
- **Facilitating Learning**:Developing and implementing age-appropriate lesson plans, using various teaching methods like storytelling, games, music, and art.
- **Promoting Social and Emotional Growth**:Encouraging children to interact with each other, resolving conflicts peacefully, and fostering a sense of community.
- **Supporting Individual Needs**:Observing and assessing children's progress, adapting lessons as needed, and communicating with parents about their child's development.
- **Collaborating with Parents**:Maintaining open communication with parents, providing regular updates on their child's progress, and working together to address any concerns.
- **Maintaining a Clean and Tidy Environment**:Ensuring the classroom is clean, safe, and organized, including maintaining appropriate storage and sanitation.
- **Ensuring Child Safety**:Monitoring children during all activities, including nap and snack time, and ensuring they are supervised at all times.
- **Facilitating Creative Expression**:Providing opportunities for children to express themselves through art, music, movement, and other creative activities.
- **Encouraging Physical Development**:Incorporating physical activities and movement into the curriculum to promote healthy development.
- **Fostering a Love of Learning**:Creating a stimulating and engaging learning environment that encourages curiosity and a lifelong love of learning.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
