Opening for the position - Securitization Division

Qualification
- MBA finance

Work location: Lower Parel, Mumbai

Salary-5 lacs to 6Lacs

Securitization Job Description:
1. Liaising with companies, Bankers, Rating Agencies, Arrangers, Legal Counsels and

Investors for deal settlement and operations.

2. Managing disbursements to the investors that are due under the terms of the

securities issued.

3. Providing administrative support by preparing informational reports, crediting

securities to Investors Demat account, monitoring compliance, opening of Trust

accounts.

4. Regular analysis of servicer reports, payment of Income Distribution Tax to

Government Authority within specified time and ensuring timely, accurate payout.

5. Delegating work to team members and tracking their progress.

6. Conducting training programs for new employee(s)

7. Client servicing/Investor Relations.

8. Business travel for execution of legal documents

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹500,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
