_**Roles and responsibilities**_:

- Take care of incoming phone calls and handle clients grievances.
- Contact potential and existing clients, inform about the products and services.
- Work closely with services teams to understand clients requirements.
- Ask questions to understand their requirements and close sales.
- Accurately record of process orders, customers intercations, details of inquiries, complaints and comments.
- **Skills and abilities**:_
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi to interact with the clients.
- Proficiency in Ms-office (word, excel, ppt)
- Ability of converting the leads.
- 06-1 year of experience in Telesales.
- Outstanding negotiation skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹8,086.00 - ₹25,635.00 per month
