**Job Description**:
**Responsibilities**:
Conduct individual and group tutoring sessions to students, focusing on physics concepts, problem-solving techniques, and exam preparation.

Assess students' strengths and weaknesses to develop personalized learning plans that meet their specific needs and learning styles.

Deliver engaging and interactive lessons that promote student participation and critical thinking.

Clarify complex physics concepts using appropriate teaching methods, resources, and technology.

Assist students in completing assignments, projects, and laboratory experiments, providing guidance and feedback to ensure comprehension.

Evaluate student performance and progress through regular assessments, quizzes, and examinations.

Track and maintain accurate records of student attendance, progress, and achievements.

Collaborate with other tutors and teaching staff to exchange teaching strategies, materials, and best practices.

Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in physics education and incorporate innovative teaching techniques when appropriate.

Communicate effectively with parents or guardians to provide updates on student performance and discuss areas of improvement.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or higher in Physics, or a closely related field. Master's degree is preferred.

Previous experience in tutoring or teaching physics is highly desirable.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.

Passion for teaching and helping students develop a deep understanding and appreciation for physics.

Patience, empathy, and the ability to adapt teaching strategies to meet the unique needs of each student.

Proficiency in using educational technology, computer software, and online learning platforms.

Organizational skills and attention to detail to effectively manage student records and progress reports.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.

Flexibility in working hours to accommodate the schedules of students.

We offer a competitive salary range of 30,000 - 36,000, based on qualifications and experience, with additional incentives. Additionally, we provide an afternoon meal for our employees.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Freelance
Contract length: 3 months
Part-time hours: 2 per week

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Morning shift

Supplemental pay types:
