Tellicaller

As a Telecaller at OnlyDigitalWay, your primary responsibility will be to connect with potential clients over the phone, introduce our digital marketing services, and generate leads. You will play a vital role in helping us expand our client base and maintain lasting relationships with customers. Your ability to communicate clearly, effectively, and persuasively will be crucial to success in this role.

**Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential clients from provided leads.
- Introduce OnlyDigitalWay's services and solutions tailored to clients' needs.
- Engage prospects in meaningful conversations to generate interest and schedule appointments.
- Maintain detailed records of all interactions with clients in our CRM system.
- Follow up on leads and assist in closing sales.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A positive attitude and the ability to stay motivated.
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing concepts is a plus, but not required.
- Previous experience in telecalling or sales is preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
