**Job brief**

We are looking for a qualified Content strategist to join our team. You will be responsible for creating, improving, and maintaining content to achieve our business goals. Your duties will also include sharing content to raise brand awareness and monitoring web traffic and metrics to identify best practices.

Ultimately, you should be able to oversee all marketing content initiatives to ensure customer engagement, brand consistency, and a positive customer experience.

**Responsibilities**
- Collaborate in developing a content strategy aligned with short-term and long-term marketing targets. (Podcast, Video Scripts for Marketing, Adcopies, Internal Communication, Announcements & Descriptors, Transcripts, etc).
- End to end responsibility of Podcast Engagement & Delivery.
- Collaborate with the studio team to plan and develop website & social media content.
- Create engaging social media content (posts for all social media & founder’s A/Cs).
- Collaborate in creating social media and founder’s calendars.
- Edit, proofread, and improve copies to increase user engagement (Optimize content according to SEO). Ownership of quality check of the content created
- Use content management systems (AI) to plan & deliver tasks effectively.
- Ensure timely maintenance of task lists and compliance reports
- Stay up-to-date with developments and generate new ideas to draw the audience’s attention.

**Requirements and skills**
- Proven work experience in content creation and management
- Hands-on experience with MS Office.
- Knowledge of SEO and web traffic metrics is preferable
- Familiarity with audience targeting social media platforms
- Excellent writing skills in English
- Attention to detail
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
