**Key Responsibilities**:

- Drive GIA strategies, lead roadmap implementation, and execute risk-based audit planning.
- Prepare and deliver GIA presentations for the Board Audit Committee and Business Unit Risk Committees.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with group process owners while coordinating control functions.
- Independently plan and conduct internal audits in alignment with GIA methodology.
- Communicate audit results and key findings to relevant stakeholders.
- Identify internal control deficiencies and recommend improvements for operational efficiency and effectiveness.
- Conduct quality assessment reviews and support the Group Head of Internal Audit in QAIP compliance with IIA standards.

**Skills and Experience**
- CA or CIA, CISA with Post qualified experience of 10+ Years in internal audit experience.
- Experience in risk management and internal controls is preferred.
- Prior experience in Big 4 is required internal auditing is an added advantage.
- Excellent communication skills required.

Pay: ₹3,500,000.00 - ₹4,500,000.00 per year
