**Position**: VFX Trainer - Roto, Paint & Compositing
**Duration**: 8 hours (Theory & Practical Sessions)

**Overview**:
The VFX Trainer will be responsible for delivering high-quality training in the areas of Roto, Paint, and Compositing. The trainer will conduct both theoretical and hands-on practical sessions to ensure the trainees gain industry-level skills. The training will focus on production-level techniques and will include assignments provided by Technicolor Trainers to ensure students are fully prepared for real-world VFX workflows.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Deliver training on Roto, Paint, and Compositing, focusing on industry-standard techniques.
- Provide practical demonstrations alongside theoretical explanations.
- Guide students through production-level assignments and ensure timely completion.
- Collaborate with Technicolor Trainers to stay updated on the curriculum and meet production standards.
- Offer constructive feedback to students and address their queries effectively.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in VFX, specifically in Roto, Paint, and Compositing.
- Ability to teach both theoretical concepts and practical techniques.
- Hands-on experience with industry-standard software and workflows.
- Strong communication skills to interact with students and other trainers.

**Additional Notes**:

- The training will be provided as per Technicolor's production-level standards.
- The role involves a balanced approach between teaching, mentoring, and practical exercises.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
