Description:

Shift: Day Shift (9:30 am to 6:30 pm)

Work Schedule: 5.5 Days working, with 2-day week offs. 1st and 3rd Saturday will be working days.

Skillset: 1-year experience in Banking / Freshers if they are B.Com students & interested in sales

Qualification: Any Graduates

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage the entire banking and financial needs of the customer as a Single Point of Contact from the Bank.
- Sell banking products including loans, insurance, credit cards, and mutual funds.
- Act as a Product Specialist for specific areas such as Investment Specialist or Business Banking Specialist.
- Work closely with the Client Service Manager to ensure excellent customer service.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent communication skills in English, Kannada, and Tamil.
- Prior experience in outbound sales is preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to learn and adapt quickly.
- Bachelor's degree in any field.

Note: Training will be provided for 60 days to ensure you are equipped with the necessary knowledge and skills to excel in your role.

Pay: ₹19,500.00 - ₹22,500.00 per month
