**Job Overview**:

**Responsibilities**:

- **Conceptualization and Design**:

- Develop creative and innovative design concepts, ensuring alignment with project goals and brand guidelines.
- Produce high-quality visual designs for print and digital platforms, including but not limited to advertisements, brochures, social media graphics, and website elements.
- **Collaboration**:

- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and content creation, to understand project requirements and objectives.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions to contribute design perspectives and ideas.
- **Brand Consistency**:

- Maintain consistency in visual elements across all platforms, ensuring adherence to brand guidelines.
- Contribute to the evolution and improvement of brand assets, keeping them fresh and in line with design trends.
- **Software Proficiency**:

- Utilize graphic design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), to create visually appealing designs.
- Stay updated on industry trends and design tools, incorporating new techniques into your work.
- **Feedback and Revisions**:

- Incorporate feedback from team members and stakeholders, making necessary revisions to designs in a timely manner.
- Demonstrate flexibility and openness to constructive criticism, fostering a collaborative work environment.
- **Project Management**:

- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and quality standards are maintained.
- Communicate project progress, challenges, and timelines effectively to relevant stakeholders.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects.
- Proficiency in graphic design software, particularly Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong understanding of design principles, color theory, typography, and composition.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Detail-oriented with a keen eye for aesthetics and visual consistency.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience with motion graphics or video editing software is a plus.
- Familiarity with web design principles and user experience.
- Knowledge of print production processes and specifications.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 per month
