1. Plan, schedule, and manage dispatch operations to ensure timely delivery of goods.
2. Coordinate with drivers, warehouse staff, and clients to optimize delivery routes and schedules.
3. Ensure compliance with safety and transportation regulations.
4. Maintain accurate records of dispatch activities, driver logs, and delivery reports.
5. Address and resolve any delivery or logístical issues efficiently.
6. Collaborate with the customer service team to address client concerns and delivery updates.
